Scope of this notice
This notice describes how Premier Bioservices, LLC handles information collected through this website. It does not govern information collected in the course of a clinical study. Study participants receive separate, study-specific privacy and authorization documents as part of the informed consent process, and those documents control how study information is used.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus basic aggregate analytics about how the site is used.
- Information you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organization, role, and the indication or therapeutic area you mention, along with your message.
- Aggregate, privacy-friendly usage analytics such as page views and referring sites. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
- Standard server request data, including IP address and browser type, retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
Please do not send health information
Our contact form is not a secure channel for medical information. Please do not include diagnoses, treatment details, test results, or other protected health information in it. If you are a prospective participant, simply tell us your general location and the condition you are interested in, and we will follow up through an appropriate channel.
Where Premier Bioservices handles protected health information in the course of research operations, it is handled under HIPAA and under executed business associate agreements. That activity is separate from this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate person within our organization.
- To follow up about a study, a potential site relationship, an employment inquiry, or a question you raised.
- To maintain records of business correspondence.
- To understand, in aggregate, which parts of this site are useful so we can improve them.
How we share information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and our correspondence, and only to the extent needed to provide that service.
- Our website hosting and analytics provider.
- Our transactional email provider, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Our business email provider.
- Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of individuals.
Retention
We retain contact form correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of business communications, then delete it. Aggregate analytics are retained in non-identifying form.
Your choices
- You may ask us to delete correspondence you have sent us.
- You may ask us what information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- You may ask us to stop contacting you, and we will honor that request.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We use reputable service providers and limit access to correspondence to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is the reason for our request that health information not be sent through this form.
Children
This website is intended for a professional and adult audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

We may update this notice as our practices or the services we use change. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
